(Has anyone proved to be 100% productive consistently? Has anyone successfully completed all the activities that they’ve kept in mind without missing any? Maybe a very few people would have done it. But not the others.

And this article is about how each person can be proper time managers and how everyone can manage their activities in an effective manner by giving the same amount of attention and effort to all the important as well as the unimportant work. . I’ve mentioned a Productivity Hack in this blog which could help all get the maximum fruits from the little efforts they put in. I came to know about this productivity hack, when I came by Mr. Oliver Velez’s speech, who I consider as my mentor in the financial world. And so I thought of passing on this little knowledge I gained to others. This article will be of much use, for those who feel the need to utilize the maximum of their 24 hours and 7 Days in a much effective manner. So let’s begin this short tip….)

Einstein’s Theory of Relativity explains how space and time are linked with objects that move in a linear path and at a consistent speed.

Similarly, this article will show you how to link all our activities that we need to do with the available time we have, as we all follow the same routine. (Here we interchange Activities for Space and time is time)

So, what needs to be done is, create a list of the activities that needs to be done each day/week. Then rank all the activities that need to be done in the list, in the order of Very important, Important and least Important. Then Draw three columns and Name each column as A, B, and C.

In the Column A, Write down the list of activities that need to be completed by today without fail. By entering these activities in this list, No matter whatever be your situation, these works need to be completed without fail within that day.

Next, in the column B, Write down the list of activities that either can be completed today or must be completed tomorrow without fail. By segregating activities as such, we complete them without fail either today or the next day.

In the column C, write down the list of activities that need to be completed by that week without fail. In such a case, the least important work is also given priority and is completed within the stipulated time.

Sample Prioritization of the Activities

Prioritizing our activities as above, will help to utilize the maximum of our time in a much effective manner. All activities which we had in our minds, are being taken care and are completed with utmost care. This method if carried out regularly on a daily or weekly basis, will make every Person, the perfect Time managers. And this will help them get the Maximum work possible in the available time that we have.
